**About the role**

You have had leadership experience within optics. You will have the ability to inspire our team to assist their patients in providing them with outstanding customer care and focus throughout their journey in the practice and beyond.

**Duties**
- Provide dedicated customer service to clients
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Fashion & style advice
- Lead the team with the day to day operations of the practice
- Provide pre-testing

**Skills & Attributes**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Patient focused with excellent sales skills using upmarket products and latest technology
- Rodenstock lens portfolio experienced preferred but not essential
