**About the role**

You will inspire our clients to choose gorgeous eyewear through your creative retail fashion styling skills and provide them with outstanding customer care and focus throughout their journey in the practice and beyond. Working at our Ringwood practice Monday to Friday you will be the face of our practice - the first introduction for our customers.

**This role will require you to work late evenings and Saturdays on a rotational basis, and may require you to work one day per week at our Croydon location.**

**Duties**
- Provide dedicated customer service to clients
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Fashion & style advice
- Assist the team with the day to day operations of the practice
- Provide pre-testing, training will be provided

- Natural flair for colour and style
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Quick learner with initiative to take on tasks that require attention
- Attention to detail
- Team player, with the ability to work independently
