Our client in Morningside is looking for its new Customer Service Officer to join their growing team.

**On Offer**:

- Permanent Full-time employment
- $55k per year + Super
- Employee Profit Share Scheme
- $1,000 tax free sign on bonus (TnCs apply)

**About the role**:

- Develop and maintain positive business relationships

with target customers
- Professionally and courteously satisfy incoming

telephone calls from customers
- Maximise the retention of business with existing

customers by meeting and exceeding customer

expectations to have orders and enquiries processed in

an accurate, prompt, and courteous manner
- Process and release of online orders, any credits and returned merchandise etc

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a customer service environment desirable.
- High commercial and sales acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in

professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer

centric mindset.
- Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office

package.
- Great time management skills with the ability to prioritise

and resolve competing demands to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a rapid changing

environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a

wide variety of internal and external stakeholders at all

levels.
