A fantastic opportunity for and administrator to work for a well established Property Management Firm.
**Your new company**
A small Property Management firm dealing with Shopping Centres, Office Buildings, Standalone Shops, Various Properties mainly within Adelaide but also regional and interstate. They deal with leasing, legal matters, repairs & maintenance, accounts, rentals and disputes. They are looking for an Administrator to join their tight-knit team on a permanent, full time basis.
**Your new role**
As an Administrator, you will have a variety of duties and responsibilities. These will include, however will not be limited to;
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Database management
- Updating client profiles
- Liaising with Marketing & Promotion of the Centre
- Invoicing and banking
- Administrative duties - filing, scanning, archiving and ad-hoc duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful you must have clear and concise communication skills. You must be able to manage your time effectively and have the ability to multi-task. You will be proficient on Microsoft Suite and be able to pick up new systems quickly. Experience with MYOB or Quickbooks is highly regarded, however not beneficial.
