**Description**:
Provide consistent and high-quality cleaning services to GJK Facility Services client contracts. You will work on a Full-Time basis from Monday to Friday from 12:00am - 7:36am. This role is based in the CBD of Adelaide.

You will be required to perform tasks using a range of materials and equipment, to clean a range of surfaces in order to restore or maintain buildings in a clean and hygienic condition and who:

- work from complex instructions and procedures; and
- assist in the provision of on-the-job training; and
- co-ordinate the work of cleaners and team leaders and generally superintend the activity of all the building cleaners as a building supervisor or manager; and
- are responsible for ensuring the quality of their work; and
- have a knowledge of the employer’s operation.

**Duties include**:
(a) ensuring that proper maintenance procedures for building plant and equipment are observed;or

(b) arranging service calls to ensure that building plant is operating correctly;or

(c) dealing with tenants or owners with respect to the proper cleaning,servicing or functioning of the building;or

(d) co-ordinating the work of leading hands;or

(e) handling routine personnel,industrial relations or health and safety matters;or

(f) being directly involved in the provision of on-the-job training.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Current National Police Check obtained within the last 6 months.

Appropriate physical fitness and the capacity to carry out the full range of prescribed duties.

A commitment to punctuality and reliability.

Willingness to operate as a team member to meet scheduled deadlines.

Ability to follow defined Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures of both GJK and our clients.
