At mtime, our goal is to take care of parents so they can take care of their families - and we’re looking for caring individuals to help us do it

As a mtime nanny housekeeper, you’ll be matched with families who will rely on your help with a mix of cleaning, laundry, childcare, or cooking tasks. Commitment to the family we match you with is the most important thing about this role. This is because your family will not only rely on your help, but they will consider you as one of their own.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing household chores such as sweeping, doing dishes, and children's laundry;
- Running errands as required;
- Performing other duties as required.

**What documentation do I need?**

You must obtain and submit these documents:

- Working with Children's Check (Employee);
- A Recent Police Check (No older than 3 months);
- First Aid Certificate Proof of your working rights in Australia;
- Be willing to provide TWO references (at least one professional).

Team support: You’ll receive ongoing support from a team dedicated to ensuring you succeed, you're a casual mtime employee - so you're part of our team, not an external contractor

Training and upskilling: you’ll receive training on how to support your family and if you need to upskill in ironing, cooking, or any other household tasks we will be there to connect you with the right help.

You’ll be fully insured (which is paid by us) - no stress if you damage a floor while cleaning or hurt yourself while running with the kids, our insurance will cover you.

Career progression and competitive salary: we will also pay super on top of your hourly wage and are always looking for team members who want to take on leadership roles within the team, such as mentoring & training - with the correlating extra $/hour for these sessions.

**More about the Job**:
**Where will my family be? **Our families are spread across Sydney. We have clients in the INNER CITY, which includes suburbs such as the CBD, Pyrmont, Surry Hills, Elizabeth Bay, Paddington, Glebe, and Woolloomooloo, AND clients in the INNER WEST, which includes suburbs such as Balmain, Petersham, Newtown, Marrickville, and NORTH SYDNEY including Ryde. You must be willing to travel to the family's home to be able to work your sessions. We endeavor to keep concierges as close as possible - mapping every journey based on the type of transport (car vs PT) - but realistically unless your neighbor is signing up you'll have to do some travel.

**How often will I work?** The amount of hours you can take is up to you - however, many families will seek 2 x 3hr sessions/per week. Many of our concierges take on 2-3 families to get them 15-20+ hours/week; as some families will ask for support every day Monday to Friday. The most important is consistency for you to be able to work at the same time each week. Additionally, you must be able to commit to working with a family for AT LEAST 6 months.
