**About the role**

Specifically, you will:

- Provide support to the GM and HSE team through the management and analysis of data related to HSE performance
- Provide efficient, reliable, quality information and data for the purposes of scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requirements on a regular cycle
- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems for capturing, tracking and reporting of incidents, hazards, action tracking, audit, inspections, etc that support risk reduction and HSE compliance
- Collect data and develop management reports including critical risk (and the effectiveness of implemented controls)
- Provide support and coaching to key internal stakeholders to improve integrity of data input to support HSE reporting
- Risk profile GrainCorp’s various business areas, based on trending metrics, statistical analysis, and industry leading practice
- Provide input / advice for the development of robust and consistent metrics, inclusive of lead and lag performance indicators
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the GrainCorp HSE intranet site and communication channels to ensure optimal communication and access to up to date HSE documentation for employees
- Coordinate GrainCorp’s HSE audit framework and undertake HSE audits as required
- Oversee the data capture and preparation of GrainCorp’s National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGERS) data as well as waste and water data for use in the annual Sustainability Report
- Contribute to the preparation of GrainCorp’s Annual Sustainability Report through the provision of content including HSE performance data and related stories reflecting GrainCorp’s sustainability initiatives.

**About your experience**
- Experience with carbon and energy reporting including Australian NGERS reporting obligations
- Experience with IT systems development and continuous improvement to support HSE initiatives
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically, innovatively and laterally to identify issues and make recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including developing presentations and report writing, providing advice, direction, and support to senior levels
- Proven and effective stakeholder management experience and an ability to communicate clearly to influence outcomes with stakeholders
- Experience with SharePoint and/or other document management systems
- Experience with environmental monitoring reporting including in NSW - i.e.: s66 reporting of monitoring data.
