Job Description

- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on HSE protocols and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor compliance with safety legislation and company standards.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and submit HSE performance reports to key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HSE Advisor should have:

- Relevant qualifications in health, safety, or environmental management.
- Strong experience in the energy and natural resources industry.
- Solid understanding of Australian HSE legislation and standards.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve safety-related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
