**Your new company**
Insignia Financial is made up of a number of leading brands that provide financial advice, superannuation, investments, and estate and trustee services. You will be engaged with a division that provides investments and superannuation products and services to corporate, institutional and retail customers

**Your new role**
The role is key to creating a customer focused & service excellence culture, meeting customer needs and driving effective and efficient operations.

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Liaise with financial advisors and sales team to follow up on discrepancies if any
- Ensuring the clients’ needs are meet by delivering high quality of service standards
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour by ensuring compliance with external legislation and internal operating policies and procedures
- Contribute to, and actively participate in, team meetings, continuous improvement practices and sharing of skills and knowledge
- Highlight any risks to management to make sure they are considered and managed
- Complete all mandatory training required to perform your role and understand the regulatory context of the organisation

This role is a 6-month temporary assignment with full time hours. The hourly rate is $38.57 + Super.

Prior banking or financial experience is desirable but not mandatory
