**The position**:
Undertake Service product enhancement and operational tasks, including reporting and project/release planning, issue resolution/escalation and research, analysis and monitoring activities, to support the ongoing management and reporting of the vendor delivered IT service.

The role assists with the ongoing management and reporting of a vendor delivered IT service. This covers product enhancement and operational tasks, including reports and project/release plans, as well as contributing to issue resolution and escalation, research, analysis activities and monitoring activities.

**Key accountabilities**
- Monitor, track and report on the status of product enhancement deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved program of work for the relevant product
- Maintain register of vendor compliance with endorsed enhancement and release management methodology, ITIL change management processes and other relevant organisational policies for audit purposes
- Prepare standard service-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports, budgets and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.
- Contribute to the development of planning documents and reporting under the guidance of the Product Manager to develop future capability
- Research and analyse options in relation to business cases and deliverables to guide optimal decision making

**Key challenges**
- Work across multiple work streams whilst maintaining effective and responsive communications and support
- Maintaining service related reports and registers to ensure accountability, integrity of data and comprehensive tracking of project milestones.
