**Senior Test ConsultantJob Responsibilities**

Experience in writing Performance Test Plans, Performance Test Strategy, identify performance testing tools & monitoring solutions for executing SIT, UAT and cutover phases.
Support building integrated solutions to address client needs, by means of experiments and POCs
Perform/supervise, performance test scripting for defined business scenarios
Oversight the delivery chain and provide visibility on the progress & issues that affects the testing timeline, managing the entire defect lifecycle.
Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
Test resource management (work allocation, monitoring, motivating etc.)
Support the development of our test automation expertise and the creation of a performance test engineering framework.

**Requirements**:
Performance testing experience is MUST (2-4 years), overall, 6-8 years of experience.
Hands on experience on performance testing tools like Gatling, Jmeter, Load Runner, any relevant
Degree holder
Professional consulting experience in financial services, driving test strategies, standardizing test tools, test frameworks, and test processes to increase cost savings
Excellent spoken and written English
Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
