Tester Contract Opportunity

**Your new company**

You will work within a financial organisation and play a key role in the testing phase of our Dayforce HRIS implementation to ensure the system's functionality meets the client's high standards. This role is critical in validating the effectiveness and reliability of our HRIS across multiple facets, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for the users. The role is accountable for ensuring a methodical approach to test case development, execution and issue documentation across various HR and Finance modules.

**Your new role**
- Develop and execute detailed test cases for each HRIS module: CoreHR, Workforce Manager, Recruitment, Onboarding, Self Service, Leave Management, Learning, Succession, Compensation, Performance, Reporting and Dashboards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure test cases align with expected outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of testing activities and results, including test plans, test cases and issues reports.
- Identify, document and track defects found during testing, working closely with the project team to ensure timely resolution.
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues have been resolved without impacting other functionality.
- Provide feedback on usability and suggest functional improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on testing progress, challenges and insights.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a hands-on Tester, with a focus on HR Information Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute detailed test cases, manage defects, and conduct regression testing.
- Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms will be highly regarded.

**What you'll get in return**

3-Month Contract, Sydney/Hybrid, $700-$800 + Super/day
