**THE ROLE - based in Cheltenham, Melbourne**

The Yield and Promotions team is responsible for ensuring optimal and profitable financial performance of our global touring programme, such as creating promotions to increase sales, pricing changes to maximise margin on higher demand dates, and driving revenue through initiatives such as cabin upgrades. You will work with an experienced team that sits within the Commercial Department, to provide administrative support as this business grows.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Load and maintain promotions
- Promotion reporting for Product, Sales, Marketing teams
- Assist in maximising revenue via inventory management (upgrade and waitlists)
- Inventory management of Groups
- Facilitate changes to inventory to maximise utilisation
- Working closely with product, pricing and commercial to improve financial performance
- Contribute to new projects and opportunities to improve commercial performance
