Mascot, Australia Stone Villa Café & Restaurant Full time

Stone Villa, a brand new Mediterranean-inspired café-restaurant opening soon in Mascot, is on the lookout for passionate hospitality professionals to be part of our launch team

We're currently hiring for the following roles:
**Barista - Breakfast & Lunch**

Our café will be known for excellent coffee, and we need a barista who takes pride in every cup.
- 1+ years of barista experience
- Confident with consistency and milk texturing
- Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
- Must be available mornings and lunch periods

**Cooks - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner**

We're after skilled and reliable cooks who can work across all service periods. Whether you love creating beautiful brunch plates or cooking hearty evening meals, this is your chance to shine in a fresh, exciting kitchen.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in a commercial kitchen
- Flexibility to work breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Strong teamwork and kitchen communication
- Sound understanding of food safety standards

**Waitstaff**

We’re looking for friendly, fast, and professional waitstaff to help us create a welcoming dining experience.

What you’ll need:

- Previous experience in hospitality
- A natural, engaging personality
- Strong communication and multitasking ability
- RSA preferred

**Bar Staff**

As we transition from day café to night-time restaurant, we’re looking for confident bar staff with experience in cocktails, wine, and beverage service.

**Requirements**:
Previous bar experience (cocktail knowledge a plus)
- Current RSA
- Evening and weekend availability
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

**FOH Supervisor**

Take the lead and help us run smooth and professional services. You’ll be hands-on and team-oriented, with a passion for great service and hospitality.

What we’re after:

- Experience in a FOH supervisor or leadership role
- Ability to lead shifts and motivate your team
- Excellent organisational skills and customer handling
- AM & PM availability across the week

Location: Stone Villa - 1 Robey Street, Mascot NSW

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $40.71 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mascot NSW 2020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
