**Description**
Reporting to the Group People Manager, your duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Offering both Operational and Project focused generalist HR support to an internal portfolio of WA based stakeholders
- Support the management team with policy and procedure development
- Coordinate quarterly OH&S meetings and offer guidance with accident injuries, hazard reviews and well-being initiatives
- Assisting with Leadership Development and implementation of programs and strategies
- End to end Employee Relations; resolving issues, conflicts, case management, driving best practice and conducting internal investigations
- Business partnering with the management group to assist with guiding and consulting them through various aspects
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders

**Profile**
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Previous experience within a Senior Advisor or Business Partner capacity
- Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on culture, innovation, process improvement and growth
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
- Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources
- Fun, energetic and vibrant style
