**DIGITAL MARKETING ALLROUNDER**

**We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative social media manager to join our busy digital marketing team in the heart of Surfers Paradise, starting out 1-2 days a week with potential to grow into full-time as more clients come on board.**

Social Media Manager
- Creating engaging social media content & inputs into social media advertising campaigns
- Support with planning, concepting, producing social content and plans
- Scheduling content across a multiple brands and channels
- Ongoing “quality control” on social posts, captions
- Staying up to date with technology, social trends, food trends and pop culture
- Building and managing an influencer network & managing an influencer budget
- Ad creation
- Analysing, reporting and coming up with innovative ways to improve key metrics and performance across all social channels
- Graphic design using Canva*

Here’s what we hope you’ll have
- Prior social media, sales or marketing experience an advantage
- Able to bounce between multiple channels and not scared of a little hard work
- You're independent, self-motivated and can work off your own initiative
- You're passionate for all things digital
- You have an ability to connect with people from all walks of life and more importantly have a sense of humour (You’ll need it)
- Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram advertising skills would be advantageous
- Web development, Photography and Videography skills a bonus
- Proven and successful experience at developing relationships
- Team player attributes and excellent communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
