**Sales & Marketing Administrator - Real Estate Experienced**

Now, we’re searching for a **Sales & Marketing Administrator** who thrives on structure, and knows the ins and outs of real estate agency life. You’ll be the reliable force behind the team — quietly making things run smoothly while keeping everything sharp, accurate, and on-brand.

It’s a **must** that you have **previous real estate agency experience**. You’ll know what it takes to support fast-paced campaigns, juggle multiple tasks, and still hit every detail.

**What’s the gig?**

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes operator who keeps our machine purring. Think of it as mission control for our agents—supporting the team, delivering the very best, and making sure our clients experience excellence, every time.

No two days will be the same—and that’s exactly how you like it.

**Your Superpowers Include**:

- Uploading listings and managing updates across CRM and major portals
- Preparing proposals, reports, and branded presentations that are sharp and on point
- Updating marketing materials using Canva or InDesign (template-based, not from scratch)
- Keeping social media and digital listings accurate and consistent
- Staying five steps ahead on admin tasks, timelines, and quality checks

You’re the kind of person who doesn’t just _handle_ details — you _own_ them.
- You have **4+ years' experience in a real estate agency** — commercial, residential, or both
- You’re confident using Microsoft Office, Canva, and know your way around InDesign
- You have excellent written communication and a sharp eye for accuracy
- You like working at pace, but never let the quality drop
- You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and take pride in running a tight ship
- You have a driver’s licence, reliable transport, and a team-first mindset
