**Interactive Resources Pty Ltd** is currently looking for a highly motivated and reliable **Recruitment & Rostering** officer to provide a professional, responsive, and accurate administration services to our clients and support to the team. Our office team manages the constantly changing balance between clients’ needs and the capacity and availability of quality resource (employees) to address them.
**The Role**
Are you experienced personnel who can provide support and assistance within the HR department. Ensuring the smooth day to day running of all personnel-related systems, training, and development?
This role has a strong focus on **Recruitment** & **Rostering,** and you must be able to provide an effective and comprehensive service to assist in the delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high levels of customer service and a timely delivery. Reporting to the HR Manager, the position of Recruitment & Rostering officer is responsible for providing day-to-day operational staffing and roster management to ensure continuity and consistency for participants and support staff.
**Responsibilities**
- Supporting internal, external inquiries and requests
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic employee records
- Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Entering employee data into computer database
- Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
- Previous experience in workforce scheduling/planning staff.
- Knowledge of the disability support sector, aged care settings or community services will be highly advantageous
- Assist with training carried out in-house; liaising with attendees, preparing materials, room preparation, producing certificates (If required)
**Required Skills and Attributes**
- Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field i.e**., Business Management/Human Resource Management/ Recruitment**:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to work quickly, accurately, and discretely, using an organised approach and with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and exercise clear judgment
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, including a good telephone manner; ability to concentrate and communicate in a very busy office environment
- Confidence to manage various workloads and deadlines
- Good team worker but able to work autonomously
