Reporting to the Rostering Manager, the Rostering Clerk will be responsible for providing clerical support for the day-to-day operational management for all sites within ONCALL QLD.

**In this role you can expect to be the**:
Direct point of contact for employees in relation to roster management.
Manage rostering for sites and individual client supports, shift swaps and any other roster changes daily.
Develop and maintain a good rapport with staff and stakeholders.
Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries in regard to their rosters.

**We will value**:
Experience in a fast paced customer service/call centre environment
Good communication skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders.
Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office and Database experience).
