A leading global technology company is currently looking to hire an experienced Receptionist for their corporate office based in Sydney CBD (Barangaroo NSW).
The primary focus of the Receptionist is to be the first point of contact for people coming to the corporate offices. To meet and greet visitors and staff and create a warm, welcoming and friendly environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meet and greet visitors and contact host
- Ensure all visitors and contractors sign in and out
- Carry out audits of access passes and taking appropriate action
- Answer incoming calls, directing callers as appropriate
- Responsible for management, maintenance and upkeep of the reception area - clean and presentable at all times
- Manage visitor and temporary access passes
- Provide assistance for administrative activities as directed by the Site Lead
- Manage conference room bookings/moving meetings, proactively freeing up meeting rooms
- Ensure meeting room calendars are up to date and old recurring meetings are deleted
- Assist with distribution of mail and packages
- Collate information & generate reports, letters, communications & documents
- Manage supplies and stock levels
- Update and maintain records and data as necessary for Facilities Operations
- Ensure the provision of a safe working environment
**Key Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience working as a receptionist for a large corporate offices environment.
- Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with
colleagues and show a positive approach.
- Ability to create a credible and professional impression.
- Ability to make a contribution to the achievements of the team and working co operatively with others.
- Ability to complete standard paperwork and records, and fills in forms accurately and legibly.
- Able to resolve basic day to day problems independently.
- Able to plan and organise own workload.
- Ability to process information accurately.
**Contract Rate**: $35 per Hour (incl. super)
