The role:
The Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Sales Manager is responsible for growing the CSP business within SoftwareONE. This role focusses equally on both the licensing logistics and associated services to help empower our customers digital transformation. The role will include solution development, sales, leadership and people management. This role will be part of the ANZ SoftwareONE Leadership Team.
- Manage a dedicated CSP team focusing on delivering customer centric solution
- Development of CSP solutions which drive customer transformation and improved margins and rebates to SoftwareONE
- Development of a CSP Business Plan to grow CSP Profit across licensing and services
- Identification of CSP leads via marketing and data analysis
- Maximise CSP leads as provided by Microsoft
- Generate sales of CSP and associated services
- Development of a Microsoft CSP Business plan to achieve licensing and services growth targets
- Complete CSP sales enablement for relevant SoftwareONE staff
- Maximise Microsoft Rebates from various funding programs
- Drive the adoption of CSP centric workshops across the SW1 customer base
- Drive cross sell and upsell opportunities within CSP
- Act as a Customer Success Manager with services attached to CSP
- Develop relationships with key global SoftwareONE divisions for the success of services bundled with CSP
- Work with internal offshore team to ensure operational excellence around onboarding and invoicing
- Develop relationships with Microsoft and other relevant vendors, distributors and partners for the successful provision of CSP licensing and services
- Contribute to the overall success of SoftwareONE Australia and New Zealand strategy
