**Role Highlights**:

- Responsible for all aspects of the Australian ballets in Theatre costume needs. For mainstage, Storytime tour and national & international touring.
- Traveling with the company both domestically and internationally
- Working with the in-house costume team pre and post season, on new builds and refurbishments

**What you'll be doing**:

- Planning and hiring staff for each season
- Managing all aspects of the wardrobe for each ballet season
- Writing dressing plots and directing the dressing team
- Liaising with artistic and staging teams

**What experience you'll need**:

- Extensive experience managing a theatre wardrobe environment
- Costume maintenance and cleaning
- Staff management and scheduling
- Costume making & repairing
