hustle? Indi Creative is looking for a sharp, motivated **Sales Appointment Setter** who’s ready to grow into a **full-cycle salesperson**.

We’re a boutique digital marketing agency that does things differently. We’ve helped tradies, home builders, and service businesses across Australia generate millions in revenue through our killer Google Ads, SEO, and web development strategies. Now, we’re scaling up - and we want someone with the energy and drive to come along for the ride.

What You’ll Do
- **Cold Calling**: You’ll be on the phones daily, speaking with business owners and booking appointments for strategy sessions.
- **Qualifying Leads**: Ask smart questions, build rapport, and quickly figure out if someone is the right fit.
- **Appointment Setting**: Secure quality bookings for our senior team while learning the ropes of sales.
- **Progress to Full Cycle Sales**: Over time, you’ll transition into running your own appointments and closing deals. We’ll train you, coach you, and back you to become a closer.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with our marketing team to understand campaigns, results, and client wins so you can confidently talk the talk.
- **Grow**: This isn’t a dead-end “dial and smile” gig. It’s a pathway into a high-earning career in sales.

- Confident communicator with a clear, friendly phone manner.

- No formal sales experience needed (though it’s a bonus). We care more about your drive and energy.
