We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Sales Development Representative to join our vibrant Sales Team. This dedicated group is committed to supporting our agency's most distinguished clients from every corner of the globe. Our diverse professionals bring expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media, Account Management, Data & Analytics, and Web Development, working collaboratively to achieve remarkable and comprehensive results for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively contacting small to medium-sized, up to enterprise businesses by phone and email outbound efforts per day) to prospect and generate qualified leads and interest in OMG's digital marketing services;
- Researching and analysing leads and prospective clients, as well as building outreach lists;
- Booking qualified meetings for Business Development Managers;
- Working closely and collaboratively with Business Development Managers to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans for new business;
- Keeping up to date on all of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices across SEO, Adwords, Social Media marketing & more
- You will join our high-performing Sales team and be given comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you are set up for success.
Requirements
- Ideally, you will have some business development, lead generation/appointment setting, retail or phone sales experience; however, if you're a fresh grad or you aspire to be a business/sales guru, we'd love to hear from you too
- Sales hunter mentality with hunger and drive to meet and exceed expectations and targets;
- Knowledge of digital marketing, PPC, SEO, Social will be a bonus;
- Solutions focused with a consultative approach;
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment where putting in the effort and hard work goes a long way;
- Strong desire and ambition to learn and to prove yourself;
- Someone who genuinely cares for client and team results;
- Keen listener, who learns quickly, and executes flawlessly;
