As the Release Manager, you will be a key member of the System Modernisation team and be responsible for defining, executing and managing best practices for all release management work for enterprise software comprising D365, Workday and Adobe Experience Manager. You will work collaboratively with the ERP Applications Manager, the ERP Delivery Leads and other key project leads to ensure a smooth schedule of releases within expected timeframes.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Establish and articulate Elders’ release management strategy for software management, development and rollout.- Manage round-the-year releases for platforms D365, Workday and Adobe Experience Manager- Identify opportunities to continuously reflect & improve.- Ensure accurate reporting and issues identification for all releases.- Risk assessment and mitigation planning.

**What we are looking for**:
You will have proven hands-on experience in managing releases for multi digital transformation programs. You will be a skilled communicator with a consultative approach and the ability to develop relationships among many stakeholders at all levels, including vendors and system integration partners.

Experience rolling out enterprise software like Dynamics365, Workday and Adobe Experience Manager is highly desirable, along with exposure to agile development tools like Azure DevOps.
