**Applications Lead Position**

Overview of Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for managing product release pipelines according to the release strategy. This involves incorporating resolved defects, change requests and project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing product release pipelines according to the release strategy
  • Preparing and maintaining individual product roadmaps
  • Actively identifying problems from incidents and managing problems to resolution
  • Consulting with business stakeholders to understand upcoming and future business needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or significant equivalent workplace experience
  • Experience in managing continuous delivery practices and defining the roadmap
  • Knowledge of Retail Operations (sales, inventory management, warehousing, supply chain)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce module (MPOS/Store Commerce)

  • Tertiary education or significant work experience in a related field
  • Proven ability to implement continuous delivery practices and articulate benefits
  • Understanding of retail operations principles
