Change and Release Management Specialist

Job Title: Change and Release Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the lifecycle of change requests across single and/or multiple accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage change requests from initiation to completion
- Analyze and provide input to change management reports
- Validate failed changes due to technical or process failure and follow up on PCR documentation
- Ensure timely approvals for Changes
- Create and issue the Forward Schedule of Change & Release for service delivery
- Chair or participate in CAB meetings and other change-related meetings
- Identify opportunities for Service improvement to build a culture of excellence
- Maintain Datacom's change and release process, guidelines, and other authorized documentation
