
Real Time Analyst

**About the Role**
The Real Time Analyst (RTA) will work closely with members of the operational team in order to consistently deliver to business goals, metrics and KPIs on day of operations.
They will align closely and consult regularly with the wider WFM team and Leadership teams to ensure delivery of results are in line with the planned and agreed position of the business.
Utilising a range of tools, reports and operational feedback, the RTA will make, and clearly communicate, decisions around utilisation of available resources, adjustment of planned activities and prioritisation/allocation of workload across supported teams in order to deliver the best outcomes for ME Customers and the ME Business at all times.
**About you**
- Working knowledge of contact centre technology, including workforce management tools and systems
- Understanding of basic contact centre and operational metrics
- Understanding of the contact centre industry and how this can influence an organisation
- Experience building and producing reports and analysing data
- Experience providing actionable insights and observations based on metrics and data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including effective communication and presentation to senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with the ability to re-prioritise key tasks and multi-task with a high level of accuracy
