This opportunity represents an exciting position within our accomplished Consulting team. As the Consulting Delivery Owner you will provide Property & Rating (P&R) product expertise to ensure a consistent high-quality delivery to customers by our Consulting team and work with our Product team to drive continuous improvement to deliver a product our customers love to use.

**What you'll be doing...**

As a Consulting Delivery Owner, you'll be working with our high performing Consulting team to:

- Providing advice, P&R product expertise and support to consultants and as required act as an escalation point for resolving consultant issues to ensure delivery to customers.
- Facilitating the mentoring and coaching of Consultants and create product development plans to ensure required knowledge and skills to undertake tasks within their product specialisation. Support and provide feedback to leaders as required.
- Actively contributing to and monitor Consulting forums, providing specialist advice and direction within a supportive and knowledge sharing community.
- Collaborating with and acting as a conduit for Consulting with our Product team to ensure continuous improvement and efficiencies to both Product and Consulting delivery

- Ability to translate customer requirements to equivalent product functionality.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively and maturely communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience in presenting to and across a diverse stakeholder audience to influence a successful outcome.
- Strong commercial acumen in effective decision making when balancing competing priorities across cross functional teams.
