**About the role**
We are currently searching for a new Learning & Development Advisor to join our passionate and driven People & Culture team in APAC.
- In this exciting role you will:

- Support the development and execution of a learning and development strategy, program and calendar that meets the most critical needs of the APAC region.
- Proactively identify, source, evaluate, and implement learning solutions for the APAC region
- Supports managers and operational teams with co-ordinating technical excellence programs and knowledge share sessions
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of new learning management system (LMS) in APAC

**To be successful in this role**
You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and love getting things done to a very high standard. You are self-driven and comfortable with processes, whilst still being an excellent people person with a high level of client service. Ideally you would possess the following:

- University qualifications (Bachelor Degree or higher) in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business/Communications or a related field;
- 2-4 years’ experience in a L&D role and preferably within a consulting environment;
- Display a clear passion for learning and proven experience operating in a dedicated L&D role
- A consultative approach towards managing effective relationships with staff and stakeholders;
- The ability to earn respect and confidence of colleagues and managers and take initiative on tasks;
- Self-directed, uses initiative and problem-solving skills and proactively seeks out opportunities to support the development of skills for our staff
- Experience using a learning management system and instructional design programs is desirable but not essential
