**The Role**:
As the Customer Experience Manager for Victoria’s Secret, you’ll be the heartbeat of our in-store experience, ensuring that every guest interaction is memorable, personal, and aligned with the brand’s luxury standards. You’ll lead, inspire, and coach a dynamic team to deliver world-class service while driving engagement and sales.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing retail team.
- Champion the Victoria’s Secret customer experience and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, acting on feedback to deliver continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with store and corporate leadership to implement brand strategies and initiatives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.
