We are currently seeking a **Visual Merchandising Supervisor** at our **Victoria’s Secret Highpoint** store.

**What you’ll do**:

- Drive the **visual presentation** of the store to ensure an elevated customer experience
- Implement **seasonal floorsets, window displays, and marketing updates** in line with brand guidelines
- Partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to execute innovative **visual strategies** that reflect brand DNA
- Maintain a **premium and cohesive store environment** that inspires and delights our customers
- Lead by example, coaching the team to deliver **flawless execution** of VM standards

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong **visual merchandising experience** in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail
- A keen eye for **detail, styling, and storytelling through visuals**:

- Ability to balance **creativity with commercial awareness**:

- Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a **fast-paced retail environment**:
