**What is the opportunity?**

We are now seeking an experienced** Sales Consultant**to join our retail team** at Keystar Rothwell**whereby you will have access to sell a wide variety of high quality vehicles.

In joining Keystar, you will be part of an exciting team culture that is build around trust, collaboration, high performance and providing high levels of customer support to our valued customers.

**Who are we looking for?**

The right person who possesses an eye for detail & focus on customer service together with the following:

- Prior experience selling vehicles and understand the vehicle market
- Availability to work on Saturdays, with one rostered day off during the week
- QLD sales license along with an Australian drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to engage and partner with our team including the wholesale manager, aftermarket consultants and business managers
- Willingness to go above and beyond for every customer to ensure their experience is memorable
- The ability to think ahead and the willingness to create opportunity
- Negotiation skills, attention to detail and a drive to achieve KPI's

Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Be be part of a vibrant team that thrives on innovation and creativity. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and contributing to our success story.
- Achieving personal sales volume targets set on a monthly basis which are achieved or exceeded monthly.
- Introducing customers to our Business managers for finance and insurance and our aftermarket team
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Maintain a well-stocked, well-presented showroom at all times
- Maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products and services and our competitor’s products.
