**International Partnerships Manager - Bridge Construction Company**

**About the Role**:
The International Partnerships Manager will work closely with the CEO to drive and develop new business in overseas markets. This is a new and very exciting role with the overall purpose of introducing the innovative client’s bridge technology into key international markets. The IPM will perform comprehensive market analysis, identify key partners within the market, negotiate agreements and contracts, determine commercial strategy for the market (including the best business model for introducing product into the country) and will provide high-level support for the initial product delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Comprehensive market analysis for each potential market including identifying relationships with key stakeholders (fabrication partners, licence partners, competitors, local suppliers, potential customers, certifying engineers, government bodies, etc), identifying opportunities/challenges, funding requirements, and ultimately assessing the market viability- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders- Work closely with client’s International team to build technical knowledge and adapt the product offering for the varying needs of different markets- Work with key team members to understand product offering in the local market, including challenges/advantages of local fabrication, drivers for customers/competitors, cost estimates, etc- Determine and execute strategy for entering new market- Determine best model for introducing the technology into the country - eg in the form
- of a joint venture, product licence, establishment of new office, etc)- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts- Work to and achieve revenue targets (through sales or licensing)- Provide high level support for the initial product delivery into new market (eg providing drawings, engineering certifications, etc)

**About You**:
- International business/technical background (preferably engineer)- High level technical skills- Commercially savvy- Strong ability in collaborating and managing stakeholder relationships- Self-motivated and proactive- Experience in strategic planning and execution

**Salary Package**:
- Base salary: $140-160k p.a- Plus super (+10.5%)- Plus performance-based incentive scheme

**Start Date**:
- ASAP

**Length**:
- Permanent full-time position
