The Ways of Working (WoW) Coach is responsible for coaching multiple new Service and Operations teams and using New Ways of Working methods.
A WoW Coach facilitates Agile events to drive alignment, whilst focusing on optimising flow. They also work closely with other roles like Service Owners, Business Stakeholders and Scrum teams with the goal of enabling continuous delivery of valuable increments that delight customers.
The WoW Coach takes a broader view and is accountable for the results of multiple teams or the overall service.
This role is ideal for experienced Agile and Kanban practitioners ready to drive greater alignment and results at scale, and lead initiatives to improve technical practices, quality, velocity, and business value.
To be successful as a WoW Coach, you should have a firm grasp of Agile and Kanban practices and the ability to effectively manage and coach service and operations teams. An outstanding WoW Coach should have technicalexpertise, leadership abilities, and hands-on Agile experience within a broader operating model transformation
