**Job Title**
Junior to Mid-weight Designer

**Reporting To**

**About You**:

- Junior to Mid-weight level, must have 2-3 years experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Have the ability to take creative briefs from the account management team, think conceptually and take projects from creative idea-stage through to completion.
- Has experience with motion design (Adobe After Effects etc), successful applicants will have relevant examples of work that moves.
- Will continue to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure creative assets are engaging and relevant.
- Will have a high level of attention to detail.
- Will have an infectious passion for what you do.
- Will have a desire to be challenged and learn from others.
- Are naturally curious and have a collaborative mindset — unafraid to ask questions and be respectful of the role that everybody plays.
- Confident presenting to colleagues and clients.
- Very organised, sociable and engaged with current trends.
