**About the Role**

Due to continued growth we are seeking an exceptional Service Technician to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position, based in our Brisbane Head Office, and periodic travel throughout Australia and New Zealand would be expected for various Projects at times.

The Service Technician will provide field support for Sales, Operations, and End Users to ensure the ongoing high performance of customer purchased Eneraque products. This would eventually include installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimising all products. This role will include various levels of management to manage, install and/or resolve failures, product performance issues and user quality improvements.

**About you**

You are a trustworthy, reliable professional with a Mechanical or Electrical trade, eager to embrace new, innovative, and exciting opportunities. You possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and thrive when working independently. You are available for periodic travel to sites across Australia and New Zealand and are adaptable, ready to take on new challenges, and excel in dynamic environments.

You will have:

- A willingness to try something new, innovative and exciting
- A Mechanical or Electrical trade (required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Understand all SWMS before the use of any equipment
- Be available to periodically travel to sites across Australia / NZ
- Experience in working with Power Generation would be an advantage but is not essential
- Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt to change and a willingness to take on new challenges
