The Opportunity:
We are seeking full time Sales Consultants to join our Sales teams. Your primary focus is to:

- Facilitate the sales process from initial enquiry to exchange
- Manage the purchasing journey from offer to contract signing & exchange
- Assist the day-to-day running of the display suites
- Provide management with accurate & timely feedback through our CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and sales accept targets

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (or be currently undertaking).
- Hold a current & valid driver’s license and a car.
- Availability to work when required on both Saturday and Sunday (mid-week RDO)

**Requirements**:

- Real Estate experience at any level in Project Marketing, Residential Sales or Property Management
- Property Sales Assistants are welcome to apply

SALES ASSISTANT

If you meet the criteria below and would like to progress your career towards a full Sales Consultant we would also like to hear from you;
Duties include:

- Prospect and buyer call backs
- Database Calls to Warm Leads
- Prospecting for new listings to Cold Leads
- Attending Open Homes

Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting and generating leads
- Database management
- Organizing appointments
- Preparing listing kits and marketing of properties
- Conducting open homes and buyer inspections
- Participating in sales meetings and training

Skills & experience:

- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
- A Driver’s Licence and a car
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Immaculate & Professional Presentation
