**Your New Opportunity**:
An excellent opportunity exists for a **Service Advisor** to join our dynamic service team, in our modern office in **Chipping Norton**. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service, growing service customer relationships and sales through scheduled repairs, co-ordinating repairs and maintenance with workshop supervisor, and providing customers with timely updates throughout their service experience.

**About You**:

- Enjoy and have a passion for providing service advice and solutions to deliver excellent customer service
- Previous On Highway/ Heavy Vehicle Customer Service experience (will be advantageous, but not essential)
- Have prior knowledge of one or more of our products (will be advantageous, but not essential)
- Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and written
- Are passionate about working safely and maintaining excellent housekeeping practices
