**Your new company**

My client is a leading manufacturer in the heavy automotive and industrial waste space, and has recently acquired two businesses in Melbourne's north/north west. As a result of this expansion, they are looking for a service advisor to facilitate and manage the service schedule and customer relationships in a newly created role.

**Your new role**
- Coordinate workshop and service activities with the service advisor
- Manage servicing jobs including the service schedule and new customer enquiries
- Managing administrative function of labour and material quantities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on lead times

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous industry background in automotive, with heavy vehicle experience highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or other
- Previous exposure to a service or operations role
