**Shape financial planning strategy**:
As a Project Controller you will be responsible to document the execution and delivery of orders that have been formally accepted. Required to cost control throughout project execution and help the Project Mangers to drive opportunities for margin expansion. Responsible for Revenue, Cost, Margin and Cashflow management as well as implementing internal controls to ensure compliance.
As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with the Commercial team (ITO) to contract handover and create Contract / Project in ERP
- Conducting biweekly analysis of latest cost Vs as bid budget and review with Project Manager
- Creating Purchase Requisitions and follow up with Sourcing for timely delivery
- Documenting PO receipts and inventory allocation to concerned projects
- Conducting final project review with Project Manager to sign-off the costs
- Preparing and submitting pre-approvals for monthly billing. Work with customers to resolve issues as necessary to achieve financial targets.
- Delivering timely submission of Tax Invoice and supporting documents for cash collection
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce / finance / accounting.
- Have 3+ years experience in project cost controlling / billing or relevant knowledge preferably in Subsea Oil & Gas Services.
- Have working knowledge of Services operations, Project management, Cost Controlling
- Have knowledge and experience in ERP system (preferably Oracle). Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel.
- Have strong interpersonal, communication skills and proficiency in English language
- Have good efficiency to deliver under demanding circumstances and meet Customer requirements
- Have good proficiency and ability to work with IT systems including but not limited to Oracle
