Content Manager

As Content Manager, you'll be in charge of shaping the organisation's voice and sharing the incredible stories that define the brand. You'll oversee content creation across multiple platforms, ensuring messaging is on-brand, authentic, and resonates with their key audiences-including families, caregivers, and aged care residents.
The Role:
- Developing a content strategy that aligns with business goals and drives engagement across all channels.
- Writing, editing, and managing high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and other digital and print materials.
- Optimizing content for SEO and analysing metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of content strategies.
- Collaborating with teams across the company to ensure messaging is inspiring, accurate, and informative.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering content on time while maintaining quality.
- Staying updated on aged care industry trends and incorporating best practices into the content strategy.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content management, ideally in a purpose-driven industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and performance tracking platforms (such as Google Analytics).
- The ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences while staying consistent with brand guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for making a positive impact in people's lives-and ideally, a familiarity with the challenges of the aged care sector.
