Working with the wider MAD and DIJGTAL teams, you'll play an integral role in the evolution of our content offering within the outdoor adventure space.

**What you'll do**:
Over the first 6 months you will:

- Leverage your solid content direction and management skills to elevate our current and future media brands for Unsealed 4x4 & RV Daily, as well as engage new demographics:

- Lead the overall brand and vision strategy for our existing media brands
- Identify opportunities that will continue to propel our brands forward
- Develop top-line coms and strategies for our media brand content, and work with our social and paid specialist to get audiences to know about our content
- Ensure brand guidelines, style and tone of voice are consistently applied
- Bring your strong leadership skills to the table and manage our editorial & content teams:

- Work with the team to continuously develop and hone their craft, including content ideation, writing, proofreading and editing their content
- Manage content operations and workflow, create streamlined efficiencies in Asana and drive a culture of success
- Where needed; create, write, direct, commission and publish original and shareable content that will be distributed on a variety of owned media and client channels, including digital platforms, including websites, blogs, eDMs, videos, and social
- Support on recruitment efforts for the content team, permanent hires and freelancers
- Carve out and monetize new adventure verticals in media, increasing traffic and reach:

- Using our media channels, develop strategies to identify new audiences within the adventure space
- Using search data and our owned data, formulate a plan showing why MAD should invest in these proposed new content verticals
- With content as a lens, develop ways we can commercially monetize these new adventure verticals
- Work closely with our commercial and marketing teams to deliver on content that converts for our clients:

- Identify content ideas from within our own channels to help create larger integrated campaign proposals for our clients
- Work with the team to strategically plan and schedule our integrated campaigns within our overall content calendar
- Ensure the successful delivery of integrated campaigns, supervising all content initiatives and manager contributor budgets
- Join forces with the team to make sure that all video productions run smoothly, and that we are capturing everything that we need whilst on set:

- Run the briefing process with the clients and in-house staff
- Explore using AI to create text content from our video productions for use across social and website channels
- Closely manage the budgets for all video projects - we know how things can blow out without eyeballs on them

Ongoing
- Identify new ways to build audiences using a range of approaches such as giveaways, on-site subscription optimisations and forms
- Utilise our established real-time dashboards for category data to deliver insights to the content team which will lay the foundations for our content plays
- Bring your ideas to the table; There is a bigger picture here. We are driving change, disrupting the outdoors industry and your voice will be heard
- Join forces and collaborate with our DIJGTAL people, including Creative, UX, Tech, Product, and Marketing; ideas grow and we grow
- Managing content budgets, and approving freelancer invoices
