**The Role**

Are you passionate about data, strategy, and sustainability in the commodities space? Join CBH’s growing Market Insights & Sustainability team in this newly created role and help shape the long-range strategic direction of our Marketing & Trading division.

We’re seeking a**Senior**Analyst to support strategic planning, sustainability initiatives, and commercial insights across Trading, Fertiliser, Accumulations, Structured Commodity Products, and Shipping. This is a unique opportunity to contribute and work on projects that influence CBH’s future.

**Contract Type**: Fixed Term - 12 Months

**Hours**: 24 hours per week (3 days)

**Responsibilities include**:

- Support the coordination and delivery of the Marketing & Trading Strategic Plan and divisional business plans
- Conduct strategic reviews of global and domestic market factors impacting grain trading and related commodities
- Develop and deliver quantitative analytics projects to support commercial performance and strategic direction
- Assist in the delivery of the Marketing & Trading Sustainability Plan
- Prepare benchmarking, macroeconomic analysis, competitor performance reviews, and sustainability insights
- Contribute to business cases, presentations, and financial assessments for new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather data and communicate findings

**About You**:

- Postgraduate qualification in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional services, trading, banking, consulting, or corporate strategy
- Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic planning, business case development, and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with commodity markets, grain trading, or supply chains is highly desirable
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly and effectively
