**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll manage the provision of hard/soft property services in the leased premises within a designated portfolio situated within our Federal Government account. By developing sound working relationships with key client staff, you’ll successfully manage the day-to-day client activities within the portfolio. Work closely with the Director of National Facilities Management to deliver the full range of FM service to the client, this is a great opportunity to fast track your FM career with plenty of on the job training and mentorship.

**An Overview of the role**:
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure onsite client expectations are met
Develop effective client relationships across multiple organisational levels
Manage full range of hard/soft FM services as designated by the National Facilities Manager
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
Implement building procedures and performance measures, ensuring constant maintenance
Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards
Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Report and escalate workplace incidents in accordance with JLL guidelines
Complete, update and maintain web-based property management systems
Utilise established vendor partners for necessary onsite works
Source contractors if necessary for specific work orders

Experienced in entry level facilities management or similar discipline
Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement
Proactive and willing to learn
Process oriented and able manage various streams of work
Capable of working autonomously and isn’t afraid to make decisions
Proficiency in navigating various web-based software and Microsoft Office suite
Australian Citizenship is essential for the role due to client requirements
