**About the role**:
Ensure all guests are provided with a warm and friendly front office experience in an immaculately presented front office area. Support all internal staff with any ad hoc requests as required.

**Reporting to the Office Manager, you will**:
**Proving general office support including**: Assisting the Office Manager with onboarding new staff, maintaining building access card register and booking lunches and refreshments for internal staff as and when required
Assist with the planning and execution of staff events
Liaise with front desk suppliers/vendors e.g., Couriers / Mail Company
Sort and distribute all incoming mail and deliveries as well as manage all outgoing mail
Arrange local, national and international courier dispatch
Continually check communal areas such as the mailroom, kitchen and meeting rooms, ensuring that they are clean, tidy and ready for use
Order and maintain communal supplies for the office
Assist in generating content ideas and creating posts for the Corporate Coty Instagram page

**You will have**:
Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment with a customer service/office experience focus
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Immaculate personal presentation with a passion for the beauty industry
A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with all teams
Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisation skills with the ability to set priorities and manage competing demands
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service, with a confident, warm and friendly manner
Flexibility to assist other departments with ad-hoc projects and administration when required
