**About the Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Women’s Outpatients** team as an** Outpatient Coordinator,**where you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate outpatient clinics and provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Maintain data quality and oversee clinic templating, liaising with clinicians and unit heads to support accurate service delivery.
- Supervise and support administration staff, including rostering and coordinating training and development.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, change management, and workflow efficiencies within the division.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) including the ability to foster professional working relationships both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated high level competency in word processing, excel, power point, outlook calendar.
- Ability to set priorities to respond to changing circumstances and needs.
- Effective problem solving skills with the ability to exercise initiative and sound judgement in formulating and implementing solutions.
- Proven experience in a similar role, highlighting sound organisational skills and the ability to prioritise varying and conflicting workloads.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems, procedures and technologies.
