**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Facilities and Asset Management we are seeking a dedicated, bold, and resilient **Customer Service Officer** to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers. Your role as Customer Service Officer will be to acknowledge, resolve and record customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints for service quality improvement. You will also provide administrative support to the wider team, ensuring policy and procedures are applied correctly and consistency, and escalating incidents and requests when necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responds to job requests and raises work orders within the maintenance management system.
- Issue work orders for the carrying out of Preventative Maintenance.
- Update property information including lease end dates, rental costs and utilities supplier and related account information.
- Raise purchase orders and processes invoices on behalf of the property team.
- Ensure all relevant costs are captured accurately by property in our financial systems.

**About you**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance and services delivery within a large property portfolio.
- Experience in disability or related sector (such as Human Services).
- Previous experience using software platforms, bonus point for property platforms.
- Sound computer literacy, confidence adopting systems and technology.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - primarily Excel and Outlook.
