**About the role**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, market share, and company revenue
- Monitor market trends, products, features, ideas etc.
- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our recruitment services
- Evaluate and identify potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing and conduct customer, brand, and product research initiatives
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective CRM strategies to improve customer retention and acquisition
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools, and continually test and analyse to ensure accuracy
- Manage the in-house and external marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns
- Prepare and manage a marketing budget
- Establish metrics to assess the success of the marketing department and its initiatives
- Report on marketing performance and effectiveness to senior management
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party agencies to execute promotional events and campaigns

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related
- Strong knowledge and experience with various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems
- Proficient in SEO/SEM, data analysis, and technology trends
- Experience with website management, including UX/UI principles and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Preferred**:

- Masters degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or lead, particularly within the recruitment industry
- Certifications that provide evidence of a desire for continued education
