We are currently seeking a proactive and capable **Office Administrator / Coordinator** to join our team full time, with the ability to work one weekend every four weeks. This role plays a vital part in keeping our business operations running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
**About You**
We're looking for someone who is:
- Willing to assist across all areas of the business
- Self-motivated and hardworking
- Comfortable in a hands-on environment (yes, you might break a sweat sometimes), with the ability to lift up to 20kg.
- Detail-oriented and highly efficient
- Confident in reporting and communicating with management
- Capable of performing general office duties with accuracy and professionalism
- A team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
- Preferred: non-smoker
- Industry-specific training and development will be provided to the successful applicant._
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide broad administrative support across departments
- Coordinate and schedule a team of installers
- Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate and dispatch advertising material efficiently and accurately
- Handle general office duties such as filing, word processing, and customer service

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

- Drivers License (preferred)
